At Hancock Mechanical, we understand the business we are in can be highly dangerous. That is why we have developed a Safety Culture second to none. We look at safety issues at a very personal level because our employees, whether it be in the field or in the office, are people. We want to ensure everyone goes home safe to their loved ones. A team approach here at Hancock Mechanical helps to raise the level of safety awareness and eliminate potential hazards. Our safety program emphasizes the importance of safety in every aspect of the project. Safety meetings are held on all job sites as well as safety audits which are conducted by the Safety Department. Communicating and enforcing safety policies and objectives are an ongoing initiative. Education and Safety Training are major factors at Hancock Mechanical and we do this by conducting OSHA mandated training along with company specific safety training and requirements. Hancock Mechanical’s priority as a company is the health and well- being of its employees. To this end we will strive to be the best in the Industry.

Hancock Mechanical’s vision is to provide a safe and healthy work environment, with the belief that all workplace incidents are preventable... • The safety and health of our employees is an integral part of all processes and the first priority in all aspects of our business • Management has the responsibility to provide a safe workplace and implement & enforce policies directed toward the elimination of hazards or unsafe acts • It is the responsibility of each employee to comply with established health & safety policies, regulations and procedures • All employees are expected to accept responsibility for their safety and to be an advocate for the safety of others • All accidents, incidents and near-misses will be investigated and corrective actions developed to prevent future occurrences • Each employee is expected to correct and encouraged to report hazardous conditions or actions in the workplace • The safety & health processes will be sustained and continuously reviewed & improved throughout the company • The culture of safety is a mindset that is practiced by our employees both on and off the job
